The parts from which the paint needs to be removed should be placed in a dipping basin. By moving the parts in the bath the loosened particles can be removed.
Eventually existing remaining paint residues and excess product should be rinsed with a high-pressure device or by the means of a spraying system.
Heating the product up to 50° C eventually reduces the time required for paint removal to a few minutes.
For general cleaning purposes such as floor cleaning the efficiency can be increased by using a plastic foil for covering. In such a case subsequent rinsing with water is required after the fouling has been removed.
The compatibilty of the surface to be cleaned with the product needs to be checked first on a suitable spot.
