For drawing copper wires in the intermediate, fine and superfine drawing. Due to its selected additives,
it is also suitable for inline- and multi-wire drawing machines as well as for annealing.
The recommended operating temperature of the emulsion is between 35 °C and 40 °C.
Filtration: Practicable with all current paper belt filters.
Superfine drawing: 0.5 - 1.5 %
Fine drawing: 2.0 - 5.0 %
Intermediate drawing: 5.0 - 7.0 %
with refractometer: factor 1.3
The concentrate dissolves very quickly to a clear solution by pouring it continuously into water
(temperature approx. +10 °C up to +35 °C) and by means of stirring.
For the preparation of the emulsion we recommend de-mineralized water.
