Multidraw CU GWZ is a special water-miscible admixture for continuous annealing for bare or tinned
copper wires of all wire diameters. Tarnishing of the wires will be prevented even at low dosage.
1.0 - 1.5 %
a) Determination of the part of the water-miscible cooling lubricants separable with acid
according to DIN 51 368 (testing apparatus for drilling oil, separation by hydro-chloric acid)
b) with refractometer: factor 0.9
This special admixture dissolves to a stable emulsion by pouring it continuously into water
(at a temperature range of approx. +10 °C to approx. +35 °C) and by stirring or circulating.
