Textol TS ISO 32 meets all requirements according to DIN 62 136-1 for neelde and sinker oils based on mineral oil.
Raw material verified by ECOCERT GREENLIFE, conform to the GOTS Standard 7.0.
Textol TS ISO 32 is a needle and sinker oil for high-speed circular knitting machines with higher thermal and mechanical loads as well as gauges > E 40. Also suitable for Jaquard machines.
Due to its high viscosity index the product is less affected by temperature-related viscosity variations. Thus, an easy start-up of the cold machine and a reliable lubrication even with higher working temperatures are ensured.
Due to the synthetic components the friction forces in the machines are being reduced and the temperature is lowered, which contributes to a prolongation of lifetime of needles and sinkers.
Textol TS ISO 32 is suitable for all kind of lubricator systems.
