Multidraw ALF 4 is a forming oil for aluminium and its alloys. In practice, the product has proven itself for
the forming of aluminium car body parts.
Furthermore, the product is used for easy to medium cutting processes as well as for stamping and punching.
When using Multidraw ALF 4 the formation of abrasion particles (chips) is reduced considerably; the build-up of chips and the welding-on of chips to the machines can be minimized. This has been confirmed during tests at the TU (technical university) Munich, so-called EFB projects.
Additionally, Multidraw ALF 4 is suitable for fine drawing of aluminium wire and its alloys up to approx.
0.05 mm finished wire gauge. It is also suitable for the production of aluminium welding wire.
Multidraw ALF 4 can be used in automatic spraying systems for minimum quantity lubrication with
good spraying result and easy dosage. The processed work pieces show nearly dry surfaces.
